The needs of those two firms — number of modules, work order volume, integration requirements — are completely different. A fixed pricing table either overcharges one or underserves the other. How long is the demo and is it free?
Demo calls typically run 30–45 minutes. They are completely free and come with no commitment. We run a platform tour built around your firm — not a generic presentation.
Can we migrate our existing Excel data?
Yes. During onboarding, your client list, personnel records, and equipment inventory are imported in a one-time transfer. No data is lost.
Is a long-term contract required?
No. ceres-ndt operates on a monthly subscription model; no long-term contract is required. If you wish to cancel, you can export your data at any time.
How does it support TÜRKAK audit preparation?
The system presents the record types requested in an audit (work order history, certificate records, equipment calibrations, document versions) in a filterable, exportable format. The pre-audit 'document gathering' week disappears.
Is e-signature integration an add-on cost?
E-signature is included in mid-size and enterprise plans. It can be added to the small firm plan; pricing is confirmed during the demo call.
